1. What is a MOOC?
A MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) is a type of online learning that is open to everyone and free of charge. It allows an unlimited number of participants from around the world to enrol and learn at their own pace, using only an internet connection.
Unlike traditional courses, MOOCs usually do not offer direct, personalised support from tutors. Instead, learning is based on the materials provided — such as videos, readings, and activities — which you can follow independently.

2. How can I enrol in the MOOC?
To enrol, click on “Don’t have an account? Create new account”. Fill in all the required fields on the registration form. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email (please allow up to 24 hours). To activate your account, click the link included in that email.

3. I’ve registered but can’t access the course. What should I do?
If you have completed the registration form but still cannot access the course, it is likely that your account has not been confirmed. Please check your email inbox (and spam folder) and click on the activation link. If the email hasn’t arrived yet, please allow up to 24 hours.

4. Why can’t I access the certificate?
To download your certificate, you must complete all required activities in the course. The certificate download button is located at the end of the course. Once all tasks are completed, simply scroll to the bottom and click the button to download your certificate.

5. I completed an activity, but it doesn’t show as done.
Sometimes the platform needs to refresh in order to update your progress. If you’ve completed the activity, just reload the page and it should show as completed.

6. I forgot my password and can’t log in.
Unfortunately, the platform does not currently support password recovery. If you are unable to access your account, you will need to create a new account and enrol again.

7. My course completion percentage is not 100%. Will I still get the certificate?
Yes — don’t worry. Even if the progress bar doesn’t show 100%, as long as you have completed all the required activities, you will still be able to download your certificate without any issues.
